Role Summary
The Director, Digital Sales will be responsible for the overall P&L of the Digital business to achieve the NAR Strategy 2030 Revenue targets of $400mio. The role is primarily focused in leading the team that is developing, implementing, and operationalizing the sales strategy to create a sustainable Revenue & Profit stream for the business of the future. This role will work closely with the Product Planning team on identifying product gaps and developing new product offerings to meet customer demand. In addition, this role will be responsible for the delivery and profitability for Public & Private Energy Services to deliver on customer expectations.
Role Responsibilities
Digital transformation & team management -60%
* Lead the Audi Digital Sales Team including sales strategy and operations
* Responsible for the entire Digital Business P&L to ensure profitability & growth
* Create the Digital Sales strategy in alignment with Product planning to realize Strategy 2030 revenue targets.
* Establish processes that encourage digital transformation by expanding customer empathy, prioritized/ organized planning, and a continuous improvement culture.
* Cultivate a learning mindset among the team, encouraging continual personal growth and promoting employee engagement, skill, satisfaction, and customer focus.
* Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
* Set team's key performance indicators and individual objectives and manage pace to completion and individual performance
* Manage overall yearly performance review process and provide quarterly feedback to individuals for continued growth
* Foster an environment of learning within the product management discipline so team members can continue to evolve key skills within the industry space

* Cultivate a learning mindset among the team, encouraging continual personal growth and promoting employee engagement, skill, satisfaction, and customer focus
* Support on-going professional development of team members
* Coach team members on conflict management, day-to-day working styles and communication issues

* Identifies, develops and maintains sales channels to maximize growth across all product lines.
* Evaluates new opportunities with relevant Product owners from idea to Pilot to business case validation.
* Grow the subscription base for Audi connect and Function on Demand (FoD).
* Responsible for the Audi Energy Services P&L to ensure profitability and growth.
* Develop a holistic strategy and customer journey to provide private charging for current and new e-tron owners.
* Identify and manage strategic partners to deliver on the consumer expectations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop product & service offerings for strategic partners and 3rd party vendors to improve the customer experience and increase Operating Profit.
* Find new opportunities for AoA to expand portfolio as a data provider to create new Revenue & Profit channels.
Experience
* 12 years of relevant experience

* Bachelor's Degree in automotive, business, marketing or communications
