Are you an experienced Call Center Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Daily Responsibilities of a Call Center Representative:
- As a Call Center Representative, you will be receiving, investigating, and responding to member/caller issues
- Resolving complaints in an accurate and timely manner
- 1+ years of call center customer service experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent
Hours for this Position
Monday through Friday, No weekends!
8am - 5pm and 10:30am - 7pm shifts
