Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent - direct hire

Compensation: Base Salary + OT + discretionary monthly bonus. Benefits start from day 1 of employment.

Hours of Operation: 24/7 - ** you will receive a 40 hour work schedule, that is set. Does not change weekly**

Global financial services firm based in the Butler County region is seeking to hire a number Customer Service Representatives for their growing call center. The successful individuals will be supporting the cards business.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Handle about 80-100 inbound calls per day
  • The team is responsible for handling inbound calls and speaking with customers via internet chat sessions.
  • You will be the primary interface with both existing and potential customers.
  • Answer any questions and inquiries from customers
  • Assist the customers with questions regarding financial information on their account, and other programs with the organization (IE: card balance, late fees, rewards programs, etc.)

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a High school diploma/GED
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Prior call center experience is desirable, but if you do not have this, prior experience working for the restaurant industry or retail industry are also desirable
  • Seeking individuals with proven problem solving skills and ability to show empathy
  • Prior experience working in an fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Prior banking/financial services experience is ideal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
