WHAT YOU'LL DO

Endotronix is immediately hiring an Agile Leader/Scrum Master to join the Endotronix R&D Software Development Team. You're joining a responsible and responsive team that seeks to deliver the highest quality, cutting edge, and innovative products in the medical device industry. Our development team is seeking a highly motivated, proven individual that can help take our amazing growth to even higher levels of achievement.

You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts, techniques, and ceremonies. You’ll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects, facilitate change in the Agile transformation with your mind set on deliverables. We’re looking for a strong communicator, a capable leader, and a person fully invested in Agile frameworks with a proven track record.
  • Manage project timelines and scope to predict release schedule and product features more accurately.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders).
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new opportunities.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
  • Help teams implement changes effectively in a regulated environment.
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
  • Help build an enjoyable and productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Years of related experience required:
    • 12 years with a Bachelor’s degree
    • 8 years with a Master’s degree
    • 5 years with a PhD
  • Proven success and experience in a scrum master role
  • Familiarity with the SDLC.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement.
  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, business, or related experience.
  • Scrum master certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with build pipelines, quality gates, and regulated environments are a plus.
