Practice in Ohio is hiring a General or Body Imaging Radiologist that must be able to read everything! They have 1 full-time retiring in July, another part-time retiring in August, plus they have 5 new imaging centers (a partner of theirs) who wants them to read for them starting this summer, so a lot of new business as well!

We are looking to hire a General Radiologist and General|Body Imaging Rad in 2020 & 2021. New grads and experienced physicians may apply.

Group Employed. One year Partnership track with first year competitive salary.

The daily volume range expected for each radiologist to read is 90-110 per day; Cover a small hospital that is located about 20 minutes away and another hospital located about 30 minutes away from the main hospital. The main hospital also has an imaging center they staff. New business developed in 2019 is 35 minutes from the main hospital and is replacing a retiring radiologist.

PICC lines, temporary dialysis cath, abscess drainage, thora, para, CT, fluoro and US guided needle bx, joint injections, lumbar puncture.

The group is very democratic and equalizes everything. We have been here since 1946. We have a great relationship with our hospital administrations and medical staffs. We are a group of 13 Rads and participate on hospital committees, hospital fundraisers, and community events.

Our practice is located in Ohio between Cleveland and Toledo on the shores of Lake Erie. The roller coaster capital of Sandusky, Ohio is 30-40 minutes away. The community is a relatively cheap place to live. Sales and property taxes are much cheaper than a neighboring county where Cleveland is located.

The group pays for Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx and pays the deductible, no co-pays so essentially 100% paid. Additionally, there is an HRA. Business Expense Account includes CME $10,000 to start, use or get paid out; business auto $6,000 to start, if don’t need take the money in paycheck includes gas card, registration, insurance, and oil change paid by group. Society dues paid by group (ACR, Ohio and local Medical Society), lunches paid for at hospitals|facilities, Malpractice paid by group, 401K and Cash Balance Plans with employer contribution, disability insurance, telecommunication reimbursement. 10 weeks’ vacation.
