3+ month contract with possibility of conversion


The responsibility of the staffing coordinator will be to provide administrative support to the staffing team with a large emphasis on scheduling complex candidate interviews.

Responsibilities include:

 
  • Schedule phone/onsite interviews and debriefs for candidates and interview teams, which includes heavy calendar management including meeting logistics and travel.
  • Continually identify, communicate and resolve calendar conflicts in advance, and in the moment when dealing with last minute urgent changes. Coordinate with Administrative Assistants to resolve calendar conflicts.
  • Act as a host for candidates during their interviews and assist with greeting and escorting external visitors.
  • Act as a backup to prepare and/or proof documents such as job descriptions, job postings, offer letters.
  • Manage onboarding paperwork including background checks and electronic records.
  • Play an active role in process improvement and streamlining for the talent acquisition function.
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities will evolve along with the needs of the team.
     
Qualifications include:
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion and maturity, and the ability to deal with ambiguity by using good judgment.
  • Experience managing multiple calendars with competing priorities and experience supporting multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to prioritize and perform competing tasks.
  • Strong time management, and organizational skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and build relationships with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
  • Composing correspondence with excellent attention to detail, including proofreading skills.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office.
  • The willingness to go above and beyond to get things done.
  • Candidates with an interest in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources are preferred.
