**Position Description:**
CGI is seeking an eager and highly motivated professional to join our US GTO Hybrid Data Center Tools Team. Applicant's primary responsibility will be the Product Manager for Amelia/IPsoft's IPcenter and AIOps platforms. The applicant must have at least a basic knowledge of IPcenter and be able to work effectively as the liaison between Amelia/IPsoft and CGI.
You must be ready and willing to learn, to work effectively with teammates, and to sink your teeth into challenging problems in order to identify and then implement solutions. You must also be a skilled communicator, with an ability carry on detailed technical discussions with team members, as well as an ability to summarize and clearly communicate work status, key issues and risks to management. Finally, you must be able to thrive in a dynamic environment, remaining organized while working on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders in parallel.
This role can be located at any CGI office in the U.S.
**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
•Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-client environment
•Ability to learn new technologies and deploy the required tooling / tool functionality to meet client requirements
•Ability to effectively perform the role of liaison between the Amelia/IPsoft teams and CGI.
•Ability to work with Amelia/IPsoft to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely and automated manner where possible.
•Ability to work with Amelia/IPsoft to ensure all platform servers are patched on a regular basis and vulnerabilities resolved in a timely manner.
•Ability to identify issues, take accountability for them, and see that issues are worked through to resolution
•Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders, and clearly and proactively communicate work status, key issues and risks to management.
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
•Must pass a CGI background check to start employment
•Ensure all assigned incidents and requests are actioned and closed out in a timely fashion
•Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude and approach
•Works well under pressure
•Excellent troubleshooting skills
•Ability to learn quickly and work independently
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
•Professional and ethical at all times
•Ability to be nimble and think on your feet, as requirements and priorities can evolve quickly
•Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree or similar experience.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 84,000 - $176,300.
