Job SummaryThe Business Development Manager for Student Nutrition is a strategic leader focused on staffing, hiring, dispatch, and overall personnel management within the Student Nutrition Department. This role oversees the recruitment process, coordinates scheduling and substitute dispatch across multiple school sites, and manages key personnel processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll oversight, and employee recognition. In addition, the manager collaborates with department leadership and the district’s Talent Management team to ensure staffing needs are met and tracked efficiently. By integrating best practices in workforce planning and administrative operations, this position ensures that the Student Nutrition Department remains well-staffed, compliant, and positioned for long-term growth and success.
The position has a retirement association with the Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS).
