Qualifications -Solar Entry Level Installer

*Some Solar, roofing or working with heights preferred

•1 year construction related experience required

•Strong work ethic

•Occasional paid travel required Responsibilities

•Install solar and energy storage systems and associated electrical equipment  

•Follow safe working practices at all times    

•Complete all work to high quality standards, while maintaining efficiency   •Structural and mechanical mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment   •Document installation completion   •Keeping job sites clean and safe at all times   •Maintain outstanding customer service   •Attend training on new products, installation best practices and techniques, and safety Benefits   •Paid continuing education upon successful completion   •Bonus incentives

QUALIFICATIONS  Solar Lead installer

• Minimum 1 Year Experience with solar installations • Strong work ethic • Clean Driving record • SEI PVOL101 Course or equal successfully completed • SEI PVOL202 Coarse or equal successfully completed • Engaged in pathway for NABCEP certification • Occasional paid travel required.
