Concord Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced GM to lead our team at our Courtyard by Marriott in Edison Woodbridge New Jersey. This 146 room hotel is located in the heart of some of the areas finest business and social destinations including the Raritan Center Business Park, New Jersey Convention and Expo Center and shopping at Menlo Park and Woodbridge Center Malls. Our hotel ranks 4.1 out of 5.0 on TripAdvisor for overall guest satisfaction with a 4.3 Cleanliness and 4.4 Service score. Hotel has also completed a full renovation.
Do you possess the proven ability to drive GSS? Hire, mentor and lead a team to outstanding results? And have the hands on ability to deliver outstanding financial results? This may be the role for you! The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in select service hotel operations, currently a seasoned hotel Assistant General Manager or General Manager, market experience helpful and Marriott experience preferred.
Administers, directs and controls all the operations of the hotel. Accountable for achieving budgeted revenues and profit margins while in accordance with established objectives, policies, and procedures. Our GMs are active leaders and are highly involved in guest interaction, associate engagement in training and motivation, as well as serve as role models for our company in the community through involvement in city organizations and networking.
