Service Today in Southern Maryland is calling all motivated salesmen to apply to join our amazing team as a full-time HVAC In-Home Sales Rep / Comfort Consultant!
Will focus on the "Beach" / Shore area: Lewes, Rehoboth, Bethany Beach Region. We prefer someone who lives in this area, and has familiarity with this territory.

YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC IN-HOME SALES REP / COMFORT CONSULTANT
This position offers stable, full-time work! Evening and weekend work will also be needed periodically.
In this essential sales role, we rely on you to visit the homes of current and potential customers, assess their needs, offer solutions, and close deals all while providing top-notch service. Much of your time is spent working with clients as you arrive at sales appointments on time, measure their home, perform proper sizing calculations, and propose appropriate and individualized solutions. You make sound recommendations as if it was your own home and stand behind your estimates.
As the project progresses, you play an active role to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied, and thus excited to share their experience with others. You are proactive to follow up, and ultimately your intentionality results in success in your role. At the end of the day, you enjoy seeing your hard work pay off in happy customers that lead to future financial growth and success!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• Completed high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous in-home sales experience - Construction, Home Improvement experience helpful
• Foundational computers skills and knowledge of applicable software
• Can pass a background check and drug test

• Making consultative In-Home sales presentations to company provided prospective customers
• Aggressively follow up on all company issued opportunities
• Creating and maintaining customer relationships throughout entire sales process
• Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and pre-established budgets
• Prepare and submit job packages electronically
• Project a positive & professional image
• Negotiating and closing sales
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree a plus
• Minimum of 2+ years' work-related sales experience (Home Improvement a plus)
• Must be self-motivated, work independently and have flexible work schedule (nights & weekends required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
• Basic computer skills
• Maintain a professional appearance
