BGIS is currently seeking Warehouse Assistant to join the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Equipment & Facility Management

Employee will be responsible for completing all recycling duties throughout the warehouse.  Roll will require operating a forklift to collect and bail cardboard/plastic into vertical baler and emptying trash dumpsters into compactor. Employee will also be required to keep all recycling areas and equipment clean.  Employee will need to be able to perform other light maintenance task assigned, such as but not limited to changing return filters, checking fire extinguishers, sweeping maintenance areas etc

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • possess a forklift license
  • work in the heat/cold weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform light maintenance tasks
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Must be able to follow detailed instructions 

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of company’s values and mission.
  • Knowledge and understanding of OSHA guidelines.
  • Knowledge of tools and equipment used within the warehouse
