Details for an Administrative Assistant:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 4pm
- Pay Rate: $14/hour
- Temporary Administrative Assistant position
Job Responsibilities & Description for an Administrative Assistant:
- Answering the phone and taking messages, sorting and filing mail
- Scanning copying and shredding, delivering mail or letters to capitol hill
- May be asked to run errands, pick up lunch and catering orders, etc.
Job Requirements for an Administrative Assistant:
- Administrative Assistant/Reception/Legal Assistant experience is required
- Friendly, Outgoing personality is a plus for the Administrative Assistant
- Ability to carry oneself in a professional manner
