Paul Davis Restoration, North America’s leading insurance restoration network, will begin offering services in property damage restoration to residential and commercial properties in Northwest Arkansas. The business specializes in cleanup and damage repair services resulting from floods, fire, mold, broken pipes, storms and more. We recover, reconstruct and restore the properties of homeowners in Northwest Arkansas to help them get back to a normal life as quickly as possible.


What does a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis do?



  1. Celebrate completion of projects with a team of skilled tradespeople, homeowners grateful to be back in their homes, and your Paul Davis team members.

  4. Learn new things daily about construction and building homes.

  5. Manage renovation projects and communicate effectively regarding budgets.

  6. Spend time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.

Team Compensation and Benefits:

  8. Base commission on projects completed. Current RPM's yearly pay ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 depending on their production, with no limit to earning potential.

  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  5. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  6. Detail orientation.

  7. Compassion for the customer and a focus on delivering a great experience in a time of need.

  8. Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training.


Role on the Team (Job Functions):



  1. Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience.

  2. Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R.

  3. Confirm budget, estimates, and work orders before start of project.

  4. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

  5. Participate in local community events.

  6. Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.

  7. Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen.
