Regal Beloit America, Inc. is looking for an energetic and experienced candidate to fulfill a critical opening in our Leisure Water Pump Business. We have an immediate opening for a Product %26amp; Marketing Communications Specialist. This key individual will have primary responsibility for all aspects of our Leisure Water Distribution business operating in a Product Management and Marketing Communications capacity. The Product Management %26amp; Marketing Communications Specialist responsibilities include management of the product lifecycle of an assigned product group, ensuring external and internal needs are being met, along with working with Product Management to execute strategic product activities. In addition to product management responsibilities this candidate will also manage marketing communications such as the development and distribution of promotional material, responding to internal and external customer needs, development of social media content and overall management of social media accounts. Additional primary responsibilities will include:

  • Regularly manage the product lifecycle of an assigned product group ensuring ERP/MRP systems are updated, technical information is correct and accurate, printed %26amp; online information is updated and product information systems (PIM) are communicating correct data.
  • Development of promotional programs, regional and special customer promotions, overall product pricing and execution of pricing and programs in our systems ensuring ultimate pricing accuracy and execution.
  • Keep assigned product group current with business, corporate and regulatory needs managing new product offering and obsolescence of existing product including the coordination of communications with scheduling, inventory, operations and planning (SIOP).
  • Support sales team needs, customer request, and overall Pump Business needs associated with assigned product group and our Leisure Water Distribution Business.
  • Develop and author White Papers, non-branded educational pieces, and Technical documents such as User Manuals as needed.
  • Creation of technical product and training presentations that connect product and business case needs end to end (within Regal thru application in the field).
  • Regularly conduct Market based research and voice of customer (VOC) interviews to aid in the development or evolution of new and existing products.
  • Understand the customer experience and translate that into new and innovative design ideas to feed a new product development funnel.
  • Creation and Execution of %26ldquo;Go to Market Strategies%26rdquo; and %26ldquo;Integrated Marketing Campaigns%26rdquo; (IMC%26rsquo;s) including Trade Show planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Craft and send regular communications with product updates.
  • Produce marketing copy for our website and for use by our customers.
  • Create educational short video scripts and work with production team to turn into media content.
  • Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics.
  • Monitor social media pages and address inquiries related to assigned product line.
  • Follow and influence State %26amp; Governmental Regulation (current %26amp; future that would impact assigned product line(s)

Qualifications

  • Ability to do tactical reporting, data mining, and critical analysis.
    • MS Office suite Power User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
    • Business Intelligence Power User (Creation of Custom Reporting, Dashboards, and Analytics)
  • Ability to manage data in a complex business management or ERP/MRP systems (SAP Oracle Preferred)
  • Experience with technical or complex products.
  • Digital media management.
  • Capable of Project Management %26amp; Execution without a direct reporting structure.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments strongly desired.
  • Experience with traditional marketing campaigns, as well as digital and social media campaigns.
  • Experience developing and launching IoT or Connected product strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of SEO and Analytical Tools like Google Analytics are a plus.
  • Future desire to become a Product/Marketing Manager %26amp; Business Unit Leader.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years%26rsquo; experience in product management %26amp; marketing rolesLeisure Water (Pool %26amp; Spa) and or Distribution Industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor%26#39;s degree or equivalent related experience. Business degree preferred with Technical Acumen.

Travel: US Travel approximately 35% customer facing travel.

Language: English required, Secondary language in Spanish is preferred.
