Position Summary:

Support the Factory Manager as a trusted co-pilot within theFactory Leadership Team (vision, organization, practices,initiatives/projects…) on a day to day as well as on a long term strategicview. Provide visibility around costs related to the factory processes throughthe driving of relevant analysis and reporting (monitoring/updating of theforecast and controlling spend to ensure savings targets are achieved), ensureadherence to financial legal requirements and NAS.

Primary Responsibilities:

Seek for and support cost improvement opportunities; be anactive contributor to improvement projects and initiatives; validate and reviewproposed savings. Successfully engage the matrix. Challenge assumptions inseeking cost improvements in factory.

Coordinate reporting of actuals (including organizing andoverseeing timeliness and accuracy of period-end close, and promoting ownershipof data at source); and forecasts for the factory; ensure transparency of thisprocess; follow up and monitoring of progress to close gaps, ensuring Nestlefinancial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards are followed

Participate in business planning; prepare and coordinate thefactory dynamic forecast with factory management; Perform revisions orsimulations if needed.

Develop, control and ensure robust evaluations of capitalinvestment plans and requests.

Ensure full transparency of costs and financial impact tothe organization of major or strategic decisions relating to the factory

Coordinate internal and external benchmarking of factoryperformance and factory product costs.

Ensure clear control and visibility of assets andliabilities, including the development, implementation and compliance withinternal controls.

Coach and develop the factory finance personnel asindividuals and as a team, including career and succession planning

Promote clear understanding of financial key figures andcosting within the factory, including coordinating training sessions fornon-specialists

Coordinate and be key contact for internal and external auditswithin the factory

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Minimum Education Level:

B.S. Degree in accounting, or other finance degree orequivalent.

Minimum 5-7 years of accounting or finance experience

1-2 years of direct leadership/people management experience

Experience in a Food or Beverage Mfg facility preferred

Communication, leadership and planning skills.


Ability to communicate to all audiences within theorganization.

Leadership experience with direct and indirect reportingrelationships.

Accomplished planning skills.

Aptitude with financial systems.
