Overview

LMI is seeking a HR Consultant to work within an enterprise-wide Human Resources program in our customer's classified environment.

LMI is a not-for-profit government consulting firm, dedicated to advancing the management of government. Our clients value our objectivity, deep government IQ, and expertise in logistics, analytics, information technology, and management consulting. We seek talented, hardworking people who share our passion for public service and want to join us in solving the most pressing challenges in government management. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance; TS/SCI with polygraph preferred.

Responsibilities

* Develop business process re-engineering plans in coordination with the Senior HR Consultant to standardize data, improve HR processes within and among organizations, and identify technical solutions as required for efficiencies or modernization.
* Conduct highly complex HR business process evaluations.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR Management and minimum relevant experience
* 5+ Years in HR business proces management
* Active TS/SCI clearance; TS/SCI with polygraph desired.
* Ability to develop a variety of written and presentation-based work products and deliverables
* Ability to work in a team-based environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
* Experience with MS Project and MS Visio desired
* Excellent analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
* Excellent customer relationship management skills
* Management consulting experience desired
