Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Monday - Friday

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide assistance and companionship to a 21-year-old male. We are looking for overnight supervision, providing redirection when needed. To learn more, apply to this position today!

As a Home Health LNA, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
- Document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
A few must-haves for Home Health LNA:
- Valid Nursing Assistant (LNA) License in the State of New Hampshire
- A minimum of 6 months of experience working in the field
- Current CPR Certification preferred but not required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
