Job Description
Job Title: Credit Solutions Associate
Type: Temp to Perm
Shift: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm (No weekends)
Location: Scripps Ranch Pay: $16.50.hr
Job Description:
Perform a host of customer service and processing duties such as making and receiving calls with requests from our lenders in regards to credit or consumer related transactions, while performing verifications of credit, employment, banking & tax return information using various methods and systems. Results of verifications are entered into a corresponding system or database for immediate return to the clients.
Job duties may include:
* Perform verification of credit
* Interpret credit report data
* Make outbound calls updating the credit data
* Take inbound calls from our customers
* Process preliminary products
Job Requirements:
* A minimum of one year experience in call center environment
* Type a minimum of 35 WPM
* Verbal and written skills
* Customer Service Experience
