Job Summary:
Our premier client is currently hiring an entry-levelOutside (Territory) Sales Representativein the Dallas area!In this sales role,you will focus on prospecting, business development, and building long-term partnerships with your customers via networking and cold calling,while ensuring the highest level of customer service. We are looking for someone who is confident, competitive, and self-driven to fill our lucrative sales opportunity.

Base Salary of $50k plus Commission

Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and growing the profitability of assigned accounts
Responsible for becoming a subject matter expert on Incontinence products anddemonstrates those products at in-services
Analyze assigned territory and develop call routing to establish correct targets for maximal territory growth and revenue potential in key accounts
Plan and implement weekly sales activities and account sales strategies
Accountable for setting goals and producing results
Make monthly sales calls and meet new business quotas
Resolve customer service issues in accounts
Open to and proactively apply coaching feedback from manager
Timely completion of administrative duties: expense reports, payroll entry and other administrative actions
Experience/Qualifications/Education:
Outgoing, energetic personality
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Strong work ethic and coachable attitude
Ability to sell a service, promote a product line and provide superior customer service
Excellent communication, relationship building and presentation skills
Ability to navigate within a CRM tool and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and iOS devices
Bachelor's degree preferred
