Responsibilities In developing the infrastructure for a robust program that supports the health and well-being of our clinical workforce (physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, etc.), the Program Analyst is a critical team member supporting the Clinician Resiliency & Well-Being (CRW) department. Reporting to the Director of Operations for Clinician Resiliency & Well-Being, the Analyst is responsible for extracting, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators related to clinician turnover, measures of well-being, and electronic health record efficiency. The Analyst works collaboratively with members of the CRW team, ensuring familiarity and with strategic aims. (S)He will manage dashboards that aggregate data and present summaries routinely at CRW meetings as well as system-level cabinets. (S)He uses descriptive statistics to demonstrate data trends and develops visual and written reports that can be distributed on a consistent cadence to key stakeholders.   Qualifications undefined
