Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is looking for several Operation Assistants for  a contract role with our client in Santa Clara.  Our client empowers students and helps them take the next step in educational goals! This role will help maintain accurate inventory and increase our industry-leading position towards our objective of passing the highest possible cost savings on to the student. The ideal candidate is excited about joining our team's mission of reducing the cost of education through supporting key inventory programs.  As an Inventory Assistant, you will assist in the operation of several support programs and help with resolving customer outcomes. This is a seasonal position lasting 1-2 months.  Responsibilities    - Work in a team environment - Investigate student order issues - Communicate student outcomes effectively - Track and maintain proper accounting of inventory - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the student services processes - Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as required  Requirements:    - Able to learn quickly - Attention to detail a must - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar type of software - Ability to prioritize and deliver within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision - Bachelor's degree, or currently enrolled in college - Available to work 40 hours/week for the duration of the contract We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
