This is a full time Claims Representative for a Fortune 500 bank in a fast paced environment.

This person will help the banking customer gather information and begin the claim process over the phone. The representative will make decisions on some claims and route other claims to other teams in the department. These representatives will work on a team in a call center environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• The representative will handle 40-50 inbound calls per day for fraudulent charges on debit card transactions
• Employees will use multiple systems to research and file claims
• The banker will be expected to handle each call in approximately 15 minutes
• Deescalate calls as needed with customers that may disagree with the claim result
• Most claims will be resolved on the call with banker making a decision on claim status

11:30am to 8pm with a 1 hour lunch
