Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly

OfficeTeam is looking for Office Assistants to work in Sunnyvale.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
-Will be required to assist with Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
-Greeting and announcing guests
-Processing tenant paperwork and handing over keys
-Making move-in folders
-Providing guest support as the first point of contact
-Providing telephone coverage, assisting callers, and conveying detailed messages
-General office responsibilities including filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, processing and distributing mail, messenger packages, and express mail packages
-Assisting with various administrative duties such as document preparation and other administrative tasks as needed
-Check printers, fax machines and office equipment daily, re-stock with paper, deliver faxes and notify proper personnel if maintenance is needed
-Updating office phone lists and other internal lists
-Maintaining and ordering office supplies and business stationery
-Handling office facility requests and maintaining general office appearance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
-1+ years of Clerical Data Entry experience
-Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment
-Proven ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks within a group environment
-Ability to accept direction and additional responsibilities from managers
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Convey a positive and poised image towards staff members, clients and vendors
-Punctuality required and overtime hours as necessary
-Looking for someone creative and innovative
-Must have experience with top-notch customer service
