•Manage inbound/outbound customer phone calls
•Assist customers with general product questions or concerns
•Receive, verify and process customer information
•Handle customer inquiries, concerns and requests in a professional and courteous manner
•Provide positive and effective communication with customers, co-workers and managers
•Patient and pleasant phone personality with an enthusiastic attitude
•Attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
•Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Spanish required
•Ability to perform multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time efficiently
•Knowledge of MS Office, data entry experience, and basic computer literacy skills required
