What You’ll Do:


• Train and support staff in implementing behavior plans.


• Collaborate on individualized care plans.


• Perform regular checks to ensure behavior plan fidelity.


• Lead skill-building and therapeutic activities.


• Provide direct behavioral support.


• Maintain accurate documentation.



What You Bring:


• BCBA Certification (required).


• College diploma.


• Experience working with individuals with Autism (home-based preferred).


• Passion for making a difference!
