The primary purpose of this position is to review, and analyze alternative solutions, updates or changes to processes or procedures to improve the accuracy, integrity, and processing of employee information in HR Technology, specifically Workday and Workday Reporting, by providing subject matter expertise within HRIS This is accomplished by having a transactional understanding of various Workday business processes, developing and analyzing medium to complex reports, conducting research and arriving at solutions with the goal of managing data, resolving defects and issues, and improving processes. This role conducts research, analysis, documentation, and problem solving of specific issues and provides alternative solutions to resolve issues with various processes. Project management of special basic projects.
