Job Description

Pro Staff is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for our client in Appleton, Wisconsin. Come work with an amazing company that values hard work and performance while striving to provide high-quality service. 

Job Duties:

  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from Managers 
  • Plan meetings and events
  • Develop and maintain filing system
  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide support to visitors
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Other duties as assigned
Duration: Temporary to hire 
Wage: $45,000-$55,000/year based on experience
Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday 

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous administrative assistant experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • MUST be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Outlook 365
