IT Project Manager with Security Clearance

Responsibilities Work Requirements:
• In coordination with Senior Management, develop and disseminate protocols for data governance approvals.
• Identify and coordinate communications with all relevant stakeholders.
• Collate and track IT and data requirements for decision-making at governance boards and working groups at the department and front office levels.
• Work with staff leads and contract PMs to prepare status updates for governance meetings.
• Prepare and deliver various briefings on data management (e.g.
quad charts, roadmaps, strategic planning, and other presentations) to engage with stakeholders, build consensus, and maintain awareness of ongoing efforts.
• Prepare and review written communications to a variety of stakeholders, including branch, department, and center leadership.
• Manage scheduling and logistics of cross-center governance-focused meetings to include agendas, minutes, and communications (such as meeting invitations, wrap-ups, and summaries) Qualifications Required Qualifications:
• Substantial experience working with data collection, data management, data storage for the federal government.
• At least 5 years experience in Program/Project Management
• At least 5 years experience with corporate communications and briefing senior officials.
Desired Qualifications: Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:
• A working knowledge/background with technology, artificial intelligence, and data analysis.
