Landscape Equipment Operator

SpringTree Landscapes Taylors, SC (Onsite) Full-Time
Derived Salary: $59K - $75K/Year
We are looking applicants who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who enjoy creating beautiful landscapes. To be successful in this role, you should be a driven individual and capable of hands on work. You should also take pride in the projects we complete as a team! We are looking for a full time Landscape Construction Team Member.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Desire to learn and expand your capabilities
  • Consistency and reliability
  • Cheerful and positive attitude
  • Value teamwork
  • Attention to detail
  • Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary
  • Expected to be able to lift 50lbs at times. . Ability to operate equipment such as skid steers and excavators is a plus!


Responsibilities:
  • Install landscape construction projects in collaboration with the Team Members.
  • Performs general maintenance tasks such as cleaning pathways and keeping jobs clean and presentable.
  • Provide advice to buyers on how to maintain the landscaping.
  • Confirms that the garden fits the client's expectations by working with garden designers and landscape architects.
  • Ability to tow trailers
  • Ability to operate handheld equipment
  • Ability to work in hot and cold weather
  • Support the Foreman and Crew Leader in keeping the truck and trailer stocked.
  • Keep company equipment, tools, and vehicles in good working order.
  • Take instruction and work as part of a team.
  • Recognize and meet production and project deadlines while maintaining good customer service and quality.
  • Basic knowledge of irrigation and landscape
  • Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary
