SISCO, a Cottingham & Butler company, is adding several customer service representatives to our team. Due to COVID-19, our employees are working from their homes. All interviews, onboarding, and training will also be conducted virtually, as well.

Our company was built upon driven, ambitious people like yourself. As a licensed customer service agent, you will spend your day connecting with participants via phone to help them better understand their employee benefits. You will be educating participants on the plans available to them, helping them enroll in benefits, and answering questions about payment and coverage. Some of these calls are routine, but some of them will be helping people navigate complex situations. Our representatives tell us that they get great satisfaction from knowing that they are able to help make difficult times a little easier for their participants.

Employees hired into this role will be required to obtain a Life & Health license for your state of residence. We will cover the training and licensing expenses.
