In this entry level role, you’ll assist in creating / routing pharmacy orders through receipt, review and verification of members' prescriptions. This role is challenging. You’ll need to have a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in preparing prescriptions for other pharmacy support staff or for our members. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential as these prescriptions are critical to our members’ health and well-being.
- Prepare packages or shipments for distribution to our members'
- Verify member data and submit orders in computer system
- Contact members to validate data, request payment information and establish priority of order
- Manage supply inventory and ordering
- Respond to service calls for repair of inserters, printers and postage meters
You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Ability to work 2 pm - 10:30 pm Monday - Friday (Subject to change due to business needs) and work occasional Saturday shifts during periods of high volume
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or fulfillment center
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Standing for 8 hours / day
