Job Description:

In this role, you will partner with the Vice President, Branch Leader to lead a team of successful licensed associates in one of our 200 investor centers across the country. The Expertise We re Looking For
- We ask that you have at least five years in financial services and planning
- We believe that three or more years of management within a financial services environment is helpful
- The Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) are required, additionally we would want you to obtain the Series 9/10 and Insurance licenses within 60 days of hire

In this role, you will hone your leadership skills while providing support to the aligned Vice-President, Branch Leader.\u00A0 Your ability to foster the connection of our people to Fidelity s mission is imperative. \u00A0You will enable the development of branch associates through training, mentorship and motivation, allowing them to maximize their potential and prioritize the growth of their planning expertise and, ultimately, help more people.\u00A0
