EXTRUDER TECHNICIAN OPERATOR

In the role of Extruder Operator you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machines to produce materials or products according to specified quality standards. This role involves monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that production runs efficiently. The Extruder Operator plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, meeting production goals, and ensuring safe and efficient operation in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate extrusion machines according to specifications and production requirements.
- Adjust machine settings, including temperature, pressure, speed, and material feed, to ensure optimal production performance.
- Monitor the extrusion process, ensuring that products meet quality standards for dimensions, weight, and material properties.
- Inspect finished products for defects, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues with the extruder and related equipment.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

- Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machine maintenance.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Understanding of extrusion processes, machine operation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Familiarity with different types of raw materials used in the extrusion process, such as plastics, metals, or rubber.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment as a machine operator or Extruder
