Purpose:
Deliver measurably superior Procurement outcomes for our clients through a world-class organization and capabilities. Manages the client-facing sourcing Procurement organization including Sector leadership, Bid-Transition-Operations personnel, and account Procurement teams. The scope of the role is global and vast, including 200+ major clients, 4+ billion sqft of facilities, and $8 billion supplier spend.
Reporting Relationship:
This role will report directly to CBRE’s Chief Procurement Officer and will serve on the GWS-EA Leadership team to deliver the strategic imperatives of the GWS Enterprise Accounts business. The role will lead a team of 500+ procurement professionals globally.
Key Accountabilities:
•Drive real Go-to-Market Procurement differentiation for Enterprise Accounts
•Organize Procurement resources to best meet client needs in an efficient manner (i.e., design ideal mix of client-dedicated, shared, and country operations resources)
•Lead Procurement business development activities and contribute heavily to CBRE Win/Keep/Grow
•Build up Procurement excellence by promoting training, consistency, & adoption of best practices
•Develop and implement strategies to meet client’s annual Procurement goals (e.g., savings, quality, employee satisfaction, speed, ESG, etc.)
•Leverage CBRE’s supplier partner program to differentiate CBRE and realize improved client benefits
•Implement Supplier Quality & Development (SQD) practices to enable Dark Green client satisfaction
•Develop and ensure compliance with supplier screening programs to mitigate CBRE supply chain risks
•Devise strategies and approaches to meet CBRE and Client’s ESG goals including responsible sourcing, supplier diversity, and carbon emissions
•Oversee implementation and improved adoption of CBRE Procurement IT systems
•Manage Procurement aspects of transitions to ensure successful start-up of new accounts
•Promote increased adoption of supply chain innovation from supplier partners
•Leverage the CBRE CPO platform to meet client needs

•15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and/or Procurement
•Very experienced managing large, global organizations
