Entry-level Sales

Due to recent growth, we are looking to add an Entry Level Sales to our Fort Lauderdale branch. Qualified candidates will be highly motivated, goal-oriented professionals.

The Account Representative will cold call, develop new accounts, and form relationships with Hiring Managers in the South Florida market. Salary will be comprised of a base salary plus commission plan.

The Account Rep job responsibilities include:
•Calls on prospective customers to introduce Synerfac services with the goal of developing prospects into clients.
• New Business Development
•Increases sales of services by becoming aware of customers' requirements and trends
•Recommends resolution of potential and actual staffing problems. May modify Synerfac's current services to meet customers' special needs.
•Coordinates sales negotiations with Clients and Management.
•Coordinates schedule to call clients' that correspond with the clients' calendar.
•Works with Synerfac personnel and clients to resolve billing and service issues.
•Tours client facilities regularly to gain an understanding of business activities and personnel requirements of the client.
•Maintains records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing Applicant tracking database.

Qualifications:
•At least one year of experience is desired, but not required.
•Strong verbal and written communication. Bilingual is a plus.
•Goal-oriented. Must be able to demonstrate leadership and past accomplishments.
•Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously; meet deadlines; set own priorities; continuously improve processes and procedures; schedule day events; make cold calls; prepare and give formal presentations.
•Must be able to travel within assigned territory. (South Florida)
•Excellent problem solving, oral/written communication, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management also required.
