We continue to expand our Call Center / Sales team in Tampa, FL, and looking for driven inside sales professionals. Our sales agents provide solutions to our customers health insurance needs with a wide array of competitive products.

o Handle primarily inbound calls from our marketing lead sources
o Through a solution sales approach create and present health insurance packages to customers
o Lead nurturing through outbound calling efforts
o Maintain conversion and ancillary attachment metrics standards
o Multiple schedules/shifts available
o Results oriented, motivated individual with a focus on achieving sales success
o Previous Call Center / Sales experience
o Excellent customer service skills and time management
o Must obtain / retain Life and Health Insurance license as well as carrier appointments as needed
o Ability to navigate multiple software applications in conjunction with utilizing our best in class solution selling approach
