You will work in their corporate office, working alongside Outside Sales Representative to serve valued customers. You will work directly with customers, suppliers, and various internal departments. Our ideal candidate is a professional who is driven for success, with a knowledge of sales and customer services best practices. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced, team environment with exceptional people skills. 0-3 years of experience in sales is preferred. This job offers a starting base salary of $40,000, plus commission. JOB DUTIES:
Answers phone calls from customers and handles problems as they arise
Makes cold calls to generate new clients and sales
Utilizes Microsoft Office Products to take sales information and organize accordingly
Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with products and service
Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
Arranges and attends appointments with clients and sales team
Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launchesREQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree in relevant field (preferred)
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Motivated and results-oriented
Analytical and multitasking skillsThis job offers a starting base salary of $40,000, plus commission.
