Your responsibilities: - Process high volume payroll - Aid staff with wage deductions, fringe benefits, pay related issues, PTO, general questions - Reconcile payroll tax requirements and tax laws related to employee wages - Prepare voluntary deductions - Answer questions from internal business partners - Prepare quarter reports - Assist with financial audits related to pay records and associated general ledger
- 1+ years of multi-state payroll experience - Solid understanding of payroll - ADP experience highly desired - Wide ranging experience with journal entries
