This Sales Assistant position offered through OfficeTeam, is a great long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity for candidates residing in the Sauk Rapids, Minnesota area. Your responsibilities - Providing order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed - Producing sales reports and presentations - Administering and arranging training courses for internal employees - Providing support for administrative, technical and clerical functions of sales teams - Completing ancillary Sales Assistant tasks as needed - Providing support for and participating in trade shows and conventions - Composing and proofreading correspondence and other documents - Supporting the sales department with the promotion of company products and services - Providing customer service in a kind and professional manner Must have the ability to train on the production floor to learn the product line for the first six weeks. Job Requirements

- Employer prefers a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field for this position - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required - Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills - 1+ years of Sales Assistant experience recommended - Data entry experience required - Solid understanding of customer service - Deep understanding of sales - Prior experience coordinating projects, utilizing strong social skills, and working well with all levels of personnel and outside clients and vendors
