Senior Data Analyst

Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (Hybrid - Wilmington, DE)

Overview: We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Wilmington, DE for a full-time hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL development, database management, and data integration, particularly with Oracle and MS SQL Server.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, reports, and data models.
• Manage data interfaces (ETL) between Oracle and MS SQL Server on Azure.
• Import/export data and ensure proper table conversions.
• Troubleshoot query performance issues and collaborate with business users on reporting needs.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in database analysis/architecture.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in Oracle SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with large data sets, data profiling, and query optimization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
