One of our clients is seeking a Applied Behavior Analyst to provide service in the Lincoln, MA area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide emotional support to children with behavioral challenges.
* Prompt safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem solving skills.
* Increase the frequency or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors through positive reinforcement
* Accurately collect and document behavior data
* Establish and follow treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seek out appropriate consultation
* Collaborate with family and treatment team members to provide treatment effectively

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience with ABA therapy preferred
*Have experience with performing discrete trials.
* Able to help facilitate treatment plans with the inclusion of family, friends, community, dignity, supportive counseling, and medication administration
* Experience assisting with daily living skills, anger management skills, loss and abandonment, educational support, and communication skills
* Participates in meetings and provides feedback as needed
* Experience with thorough, complete digital documentation
