  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive and/or confidential information.
  • Work effectively in a team environment with general direction while providing support to peers.
  • Develop and leverage internal and external working relationships.
  • Conduct pre hire activities such as escorting, greeting and coordinating day of events.
  • Process Data transactions in HR System
  • Support data and reporting activities
  • Provide support in ad hoc projects and activities, as needed.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Time management, organization, multi-tasking and problem solving capabilities
  • 2-4 Years of Experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite. Advanced knowledge in Excel - Macros and mail merge
Education:     
  • High School Degree
    Bachelor's Degree Preferred
