Develops concepts, story boards, gains approval, and selects most effective production medium. Some travel may be required.
Ability to work nonstandard hours and in on-call status for periods of time may be required.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Art, Fine Art, or related disciplines.
5+ years experience. Secret clearance required.
