This position will be working directly with members and employer groups that are enrolled in National Account Plans. The Service Account Manager acts as a customer advocate in resolving escalated and complex issues. This role involves direct contact with client contacts, members, and internal teams.

- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Basic experience Microsoft Office suite: MS Word (create and edit correspondence), MS Excel (ability to create, edit, and sort spreadsheets), MS Outlook (email and calendar management), and MS PowerPoint (ability to create and edit slides)
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time; overnight travel - client visits, site visits, new client introduction visits, amount will vary based on client needs
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm in your time zone, with flexibility to work occasional overtime per business needs
- Associate degree (or higher)
- Good understanding of medical claims processing
