About the Role

As the Engagement Specialist, you will report to the Director of Engagement. You will be responsible for project management, engagement strategy and execution across many initiatives.


+ Planning, monitoring, and managing internal projects from initiation through completion.

+ Leading and coordinating project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.

+ Ensuring project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost

+ Monitoring performance and recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.


+ Have English-language fluency and communication.

+ Have an extended education from an accredited institution

+ Demonstrate experience in project management.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Colorado.Base Salary Range: 55,600.00USD - 92,700.00USD
