SUMMARY:
Join us as an assistant store manager who guides our employees towards success, provides short-term financial solutions to our customers, while ensuring our store guidelines and security is maintained with the highest of integrity and customer service.

• Minimum educational requirement of High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of progressive management experience in a retail environment
• A minimum of 1 year prior Customer service experience
• Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to train and develop others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use discretion in providing direction to others
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Strong cash handling skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
