The Missouri Attorney General's Office is committed to providing the highest quality legal representation to the six million Missourians who call our State home. The Attorney General's Office offers something for everyone. The office offers opportunities to gain experience in anything from prosecuting Medicaid Fraud to week-long criminal jury trials, or arguing criminal felony appeals in state appellate courts.

Preferred experience/skills:

* Criminal prosecution experience
* Appellate experience
* Motion practice, grand jury proceedings, and court appearances
* Handling pre-filing investigation, discovery, and depositions
* Courtroom and trial experience
* Drafting documents and correspondence
* State court familiarity
* Commitment to public service
* Excellent legal writing/oral advocacy

Eligible candidates should be licensed to practice law in Missouri or eligible for a temporary license (Rule 8.06). Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. EOE.
