Director Sales- Chicago or DC or New Jersey
Day one Onsite - Fulltime
Location: Chicago or DC or New Jersey area.
Hands on experience in Sales and Business Development and offshore sales.
• Strong sales track record of performance over the last 5 years
• 10-12 years of experience in Project sales and industry/ Client Analysis.
• Should be comfortable with client visits and working through the sales process to close business.
• Competitive spirit with a strong drive for both personal and team success.
• Excellent knowledge of Project Sales and integrated sales.
• Must be willing to travel throughout India.
• Good understanding of offshore sales
• Deep understanding of recruiting lifecycle
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of variety of technologies.
• Demonstrate the ability to strategise, create and execute personal plans and decisions.
• Demonstrate strong communication, prestation and influencing skills to a variety of audiences from IT candidates to executive clients
