We are currently seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to champion excellence in patient care during the dynamic Day Shift (8am-4pm). As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to uphold our commitment to delivering top-tier care to our residents.

Pay Range: 110k-115k

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the leadership team to oversee and enhance day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards


• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability


• Efficiently manage nursing coverage to ensure round-the-clock care, optimizing existing resources and minimizing overtime


• Implement progressive counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary, in alignment with facility policies


• Lead by example in delivering compassionate and skillful resident care, while also facilitating staff development through training and mentorship


• Collaborate on quality assurance initiatives, driving continuous improvement in resident care services


• Actively engage in staff recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the team is comprised of top-tier talent

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the State of New York


• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
